Evie sterling silver antique silver threepence necklace

This delightfully delicate silver coin necklace is from the Saveena collection. The inspiration for this collection comes from the silver 'threepence' which was in circulation as currency in solid silver until 1919 (after that date these coins were silver plated).

The name Saveena means 'Queen of All' and Evie means 'Lively'.  The coin is a genuine sterling silver 'threepence'

The diameter of the coin is approx 16mm.

'Lucky' silver threepences are traditionally given for births, marriages and anniversaries as they are considered to promote good luck, prosperity and good health. The perfect gift for one of these occasions.

Take a look at some of the co-ordinating pieces in this collection such as Millie bangle, Elsie earrings and Ventura Coin bracelet. The model is wearing an 18" sterling silver beaded chain.

If you are buying a set, I will match the king or Queen head and whenever possible, subject to availability, I will match the dates on the coins.
